Philippine Holidays 2014

You may be one of those who feels more comfortable in planning ahead, or a busy bee who simply needs to schedule your vacation ahead of time. Either way, here’s the official list of 2014 Philippine national holidays as declared on Proclamation No. 655 which was signed by President Benigno Aquino III on September 25.


The national holiday schedules for the observance of Eid’l Fitr and Eidul Adha have yet to be determined based on the Islamic calendar.

Based on the list, there are 4 long weekends so far:

January 31 – February 3, 2014 ( 4 days, Friday to Monday)
April 17-20, 2014 (4 days, Thursday-Sunday)
August 23-25, 2014 (3 days, Saturday to Monday)
December 24-28, 2014 (5 days, Wednesday to Sunday)
